Product Care
How should I clean my wood products?
All cutting boards made from wood will eventually crack, split or even gain a permanent odour if not properly taken care of. Follow the instructions below to ensure a long life for your board.
- Hand wash with warm, soapy water.
- Rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Do not soak or place in the dishwasher.
- Apply Butcher Block or a cutting board mineral oil as per product’s instructions.
How do I maintain the wood finish?
Regularly apply food-safe mineral oil or a wood conditioner to keep the wood hydrated and prevent cracking.
Can I use my board for both cutting and serving?
Yes. Our boards are designed to be both functional and aesthetically pleasing, suitable for cutting and serving.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on non-customized items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
